This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees or crews. We work with independent contractors who run their own companies.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who do real work for homeowners. That includes:

• Water damage restoration
• Water extraction and structural drying
• Flooded basement cleanup

It helps if you know the local housing, such as older homes, full basements, and stone or block foundations. Cold winters, snowmelt and coastal storms also shape the jobs in this region.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed and new to this. We ask providers to be patient and clear. In practice, that means:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires
• Explain the job in plain words
• Give a written estimate before work begins
• Be honest about what you can and cannot do
• Follow up when you say you will
• Never promise insurance results

You set your own prices and run your own jobs. You are responsible for your work.
