Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from it. Note that Trulyflights Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
